Mansfield New Build

This attractive 3‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom home features soaring ceilings and large windows that capture the mountain air and picturesque surroundings. The clients had family qualified in other trades, so they chose the owner‑builder route and engaged Littlefire Construction to take the project through to lock‑up. We were happy to provide this service, giving them reassurance that the foundations were solid and the frame was built correctly.

Our team stepped in along their journey whenever they got stuck or needed a helping hand, ensuring structural accuracy and compliance so the clients could confidently finish the remainder of the build themselves. For a collaborative, flexible approach to owner‑building across Bayside, the Mornington Peninsula and regional Victoria, call Darren on 0412 037 997.
